CUCCC participates in the federal Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).

The objectives of CACFP are to improve the diets of children by providing nutritious meals and help children develop good eating habits that will last through the years.

The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
